Location 9252 BUSH ST,Plymouth, CA, 95669-9008,United States Base Pay $19.00 / Year Employee Type FT Non Exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate commercial dishwashing machines safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, trash areas, and storage spaces Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste in compliance with sanitation guidelines Assist with basic kitchen prep and stocking as needed Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, food safety standards, and casino policies Follow proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Support cooks and kitchen staff during peak service periods Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times All other duties as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling Exposure to heat, water, steam, and cleaning chemicals Education and Experience Prior stewarding experience preferred, but not required Employment Disclaimer Nothing in this job description alters the at-will nature of employment or creates a contract of employment.
