High school diploma, GED or equivalent; BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience. English fluency (speak, read, write). Age 21 years or older. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid passport and travel documents for all destinations flown. Adhere to FAA regulations and company standards. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional customer service skills. Minimum one year of customer service experience. Maintain professional decorum, conduct, and appearance. Follow Professional Appearance Guidelines. No tattoos on hands or fingers; cover other tattoos with clothing or waterproof make‑up. No more than two earring pairs; one nose piercing with pinhead stud allowed. Work nights, weekends, holidays. Familiarity with mobile handheld devices. Complete four weeks of Flight Attendant Initial Training, including remote classroom and in‑person training at Endeavor Learning Center. Complete Initial Operating Experience evaluation after graduation. Physical Requirements Maximum height 5’11½" (71.5 inches). Reach minimum 6'3" (76 inches). Operate jumpseat and harness without extension. Open emergency exits and move items up to 45 pounds; push/pull beverage cart requiring ~32 pounds. Work in aircraft aisles, galleys, tight spaces, and confined areas. Stand, walk, kneel, bend, twist, and fit through narrow aisles. Handle allergens and serve alcoholic beverages; manage exposure to nuts, perfumes, cleaning solvents, fumes, dust, pet dander. Professional Appearance Requirements Professional attire; dresses and skirts at or below knee. Hair natural hue; no stark highlights or unnatural shades; hair longer than shoulder must be pulled back. Nails clean and trimmed, no longer than ½ inch; no neon, multi‑color, design, glitter or chrome finish. Single side‑nose piercing with pinhead stud permitted. Maximum two earrings per ear; studs only, no hoops or large earrings. No visible tattoos; tattoos on hands/fingers prohibited; cover others with clothing or waterproof make‑up. Job Responsibilities Ensure safety and comfort of customers; provide exemplary service. Maintain positive attitude and composure at all times. Adhere to FAA regulations and company policies. Respond to emergencies; provide CPR and basic first aid. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages; process payments. Assist with luggage and special‑needs customers. Make public address announcements, perform safety demonstrations, and convey timely updates. Ensure aircraft and customers comply with all policies and safety guidance. Work independently and as part of a team. Adapt to changing work conditions, including schedule changes. Use mobile handheld devices and basic computer programs for communication and documentation.
