Showroom Manager - Luxury Jewelry Sales Leader

Blue Nile in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead a team of Luxury Sales Consultants at the Century City showroom. You will educate customers about jewelry purchases and uphold our white-glove service culture while driving sales. The Showroom Manager will recruit, train, and schedule Personal Jewelers, mentor staff, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and report meaningful trends to regional management.
