Safety Manager - Construction / Manufacturing

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all site safety initiatives and OSHA compliance programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Perform risk assessments for construction and manufacturing operations.
• Provide safety leadership, coaching, and support to supervisors and employees.
• Manage OSHA reporting, documentation, and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, PPE, fall protection, confined space, and other critical safety programs.
• Partner with operations leadership to continuously improve workplace safety performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments .
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with electrical safety , Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), NFPA 70E, energized work practices, and electrical hazard mitigation.
• OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500 or CSP/CHST certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting safety training and coaching employees at all levels.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
