Facility Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator works directly with the members but is also responsible for maintaining the overall operations of the residence which includes, but is not limited to: Member Management Ensure the safety and well‑being of the members at all times Understand the needs, goals, and programs of each member; assist them in reaching these goals Administer and order medications Maintain and track member finances Arrange appointments and referrals Follow up with medical professional recommendations with CCI and guardians Transport members using company vehicle House Management Duties Ensure the house is always meeting licensing requirements Meet licensing requirements of DHS Complete weekly menus for the homes and weekly grocery shopping Stock home supplies Site finances/budgeting Staff management Coach and hands on train new staff members and current staff Lead monthly staff meetings Conduct staff reviews Administrative Develop/maintain communication with case managers, social workers, families, guardians, doctors, supervisors, and direct staff Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines Documentation/Filing Required Skills/Abilities Should be comfortable working on behavior challenges, behavioral planning, and de‑escalation Must have strong leadership skills, be willing to learn, be willing to teach others, and be flexible Requires adaptability, compassion, honestly and tolerance Excellent verbal and written communication Strong time management skills and ability to delegate Punctual and reliable Ability to make independent decisions Willingness to take initiative and adapt to circumstances Ability and willingness to maintain a positive demeanor Ability to follow daily routines while allowing for flexibility and planning creative alternatives Ability to work a flexible schedule Must have valid Wisconsin driver's license At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting/position related to resident care Physical Requirements Frequent standing/walking Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds occasionally Frequently kneels, bends, squats, climbs, and reaches Must be able to move frequently throughout the workday Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability Must be able to assist with the evacuation of residents in the event of an emergency Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company.
