Project Manager/ Coordinator

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers, installers, internal teams
• Act likes an information glue between departments
• Coordinate installations nationwide over phone and email
• Contact and schedule installers and site surveys and installs
• Communicate across 70+ projects in parallel and good at managing emails and phone calls

Swiftlane makes the access control system replacing key cards in commercial buildings (facial recognition + mobile access + video intercom). We're hiring a project manager to own our post-sales installation pipeline — 70+ projects/month

Background we want: Project or installation coordinator at an energy, electric, building maintenance, access control, physical security, or AV integration companies.
