This is a specialized, hands‑on role focused primarily on Google Ads management, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Local Listings campaigns. Identify growth opportunities across underperforming locations and markets. Build, launch, and manage campaigns in primarily Google Ads. (Secondary: Microsoft Ads, Meta, and more.) Execute keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and campaign structures. Track and analyze performance across the portfolio; utilize dashboards and reporting systems to measure success. Align campaigns with promotions, pricing, and occupancy goals. Maintain account structure and naming conventions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 5 - 7+ years of hands‑on Google Ads management experience. Experience with multi‑location, franchise, storage, home services, real estate, or location‑based lead generation campaigns strongly preferred. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution. Experience working directly inside Google Ads accounts on a daily basis. Possess a data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
