We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketer with a strong STEM/Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, digital marketing, and growth hacking strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze and interpret data, numbers, and patterns to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis and reporting.
• Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Leverage digital marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2C growth hacking/startup environments.
• Strong quantitative reasoning abilities and experience using data and metrics to drive marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies in digital marketing.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital marketing automation and CRM tools preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL preferred.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking.
• 8-5 M-F position in our office in Walnut Creek. This is not a remote position.
