About the Position

The applicant must be Level IV NICU trained and willing to work on the adult floor and ICU. Candidates must possess a Washington State Respiratory license and hold national certifications. Weekend shifts may be necessary as needed by the unit. The work involves a mix of neonatal and adult critical care responsibilities. The facility has a Level IV NICU, and the candidate must be comfortable managing the acuity of patients. Experience with specific ventilators such as Servo U or Hamilton C-1 is required. Candidates should show proficiency in managing various respiratory care procedures. Familiarity with electronic charting systems is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work on a multidisciplinary team are essential. The daily patient census is expected to be between 10 and 15. Patient age groups range from neonates to geriatrics, requiring a broad skill set in respiratory therapy.
