Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Receiving and managing all incoming call inquiries, creating work orders, and dispatching services accordingly Oversee daily activities and ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently and according to company standards Accept and enter all new work orders sent from clients Assist in work order distribution to Operations Coordinators Review, validate, and submit the team’s customer proposals in a vetted and consistent fashion Produce and distribute detailed reporting and instructions to facilitate the completion of jobs per client expectations Correspond with clients daily/weekly to ensure expectations are met Ensure workflows are followed correctly, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies Identify and troubleshoot operational issues/escalations, working with management to resolve problems to improve job flow Implement solutions with management to improve processes and increase productivity Partner with management to lead, train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support Ensure team is on schedule and produce outflow of work timely Develop and strengthen the trust and relationship with team members Job Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred; however, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Proven experience in a supervisory role Demonstrate customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette a must Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Pro‑active, organized & detail‑oriented National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred Experience working with & managing sub‑contractors Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Company paid Group Term Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement savings plan (company match) Paid vacation, sick/personal time and floating holidays Paid Holidays Why Broadway?
