Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP-CCC licensure with eligibility to practice in Texas
• Previous experience working in school environments, preferably across multiple sites
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility to travel between sites as needed

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP recommendations and requirements
• Deliver direct therapy services for diverse caseloads, adapting strategies to meet varied student needs
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district policies
• Participate in annual IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and additional support staff
• Travel between assigned campuses as necessary, managing time and resources effectively
