Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience providing SLP services in school environments strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students while adapting to multiple campus settings
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable participating in interviews with the Coordinator of Evaluations

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy to a diverse student caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Conduct assessments, deliver diagnostic reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for the holistic support of each student
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed to serve students effectively
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district policies
