Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic and digital marketing, project management, and content development and a proven ability to plan, implement, monitor, and measure multi-channel marketing programs that drive business objectives .

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to internal clients in partnership with Marketing Managers and Directors.
• Build integrated marketing plans aligned to mission, strategic plan, and business goals.
• Drive, implement, monitor, and measure multi-channel campaigns, including advertising, collateral, digital, content, media, and events/sponsorships.
• Conduct competitive landscape assessments and recommend strategies.
• Represent the organization internally and externally with professionalism and credibility.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and assess content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment to brand standards.
• Proactively build positive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and experts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge of marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, and active listening.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven execution ability with project management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation; ability to interpret data and surface trends.
• Ability to work in a consensus-based, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
• High professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to inspire trust and confidence.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe tools suite and use of AI tools in marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and practices.
• Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and influencing strategy.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in a related field such as liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar, plus 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Occasional travel with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
