Verdigris Restaurant at Oxford Oaks Distillery in Oxford, NC is looking for new employees to join our growing team. We are a micro-distillery, specialty cocktail bar, and upscale restaurant where the community can gather and enjoy fine spirits, elevated cocktails, and delicious cuisine. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. There may be multiple openings within this job description. Responsibilities Train and develop chefs to company standards Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards Qualifications Experience working as a sous chef or chef High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume #J-18808-Ljbffr
