Leasing Professional The Collective at Sutherland

Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | Saturdays Required

Brookside Properties is looking for a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Collective at Sutherland in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing background who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in property management.

Saturday availability is required for this position.

What You'll Do

Lease apartments and complete lease agreements
Conduct property tours and provide excellent customer service
Respond to prospective and current resident questions
Follow up with leads and assist with leasing and renewal goals
Collect rental deposits and maintain accurate records
Ensure apartments and common areas are tour-ready
Maintain accurate resident and property files
Stay current on availability, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and lease terms
Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards
Build relationships with local businesses to generate traffic and referrals
Promote the community through social media and other marketing efforts
Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company policies

What We're Looking For

Saturday availability is required
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service, sales, or hospitality experience required
Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus
