Qué estamos buscando?Para esta posición buscamos un profesional con una sólida base contable y capacidad analítica, que pueda participar activamente en los procesos de consolidación y estructuración de la información financiera.Los principales requisitos serían:Profesional graduado en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas, Economía o carreras afines.Experiencia aproximada de 3 a 5 años en auditoría externa, reportes financieros corporativos o consolidación contable.Dominio de NIIF/IFRS, incluyendo conocimiento de los mecanismos de ajuste por inflación y capacidad para interpretar diferencias entre normativa local y estándares internacionales.Conocimiento de Contabilidad Bancaria y del Manual de Contabilidad para Instituciones Financieras emitido por SUDEBAN.Capacidad para analizar, cuantificar y documentar impactos derivados de diferencias normativas.Manejo avanzado de Excel, incluyendo grandes volúmenes de información, tablas dinámicas y herramientas de automatización, así como Google Workspace.Capacidad y apertura para utilizar herramientas de IA generativa para optimizar procesos, analizar información y mejorar la productividad.Pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle, adaptabilidad y comunicación efectiva.Más allá del conocimiento técnico requerido para cada posición, considero especialmente relevante identificar candidatos con capacidad de aprendizaje, adaptación y evolución, que puedan acompañar la transformación que estamos llevando adelante y aprovechar las nuevas herramientas disponibles para generar mayor eficiencia y valor en nuestros procesosDa el primer paso hacia un futuro brillanteSummaryLocation: 01010, SAN BERNARDINO, Distrito CapitalType: Full time
