AGENCY MISSION:The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) is responsible for building more homes and lowering housing costs across the Commonwealth through partnerships with municipalities, housing authorities, and community stakeholders. OVERVIEW:The IT Project Manager serves as a key technology partner responsible for aligning business priorities, policy objectives, and operational needs with technology solutions that support the Division of Housing Stabilization (DHS). This role acts as a primary liaison between program stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that systems supporting HLC programs and related initiatives are effective, scalable, and responsive to evolving business requirements.
