Monday-Friday TRAINING 6:30a-3p, 2nd shift: 3p-11:30p. Location Easthampton, Massachusetts Responsibilities Perform product packaging for adhesive materials by preparing, labeling, and sealing finished goods according to production specifications. Inspect materials for quality, consistency, and defects before packing to ensure compliance with company standards. Monitor production lines to maintain workflow efficiency and identify issues requiring adjustment or escalation. Document production counts and packaging data to support accurate inventory tracking and shift reporting. Support inventory control by tracking materials used, reporting shortages, and assisting with cycle counts. Maintain workstation organization through proper storage, cleaning, and adherence to 5S standards. Follow safety protocols including PPE use, lockout/tagout procedures, and chemical handling guidelines. Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output goals and communicate any operational concerns. Assist with machine changeovers by preparing materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring smooth transitions between product runs. Desired Background/Skills Proven longevity in manufacturing.
