A skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization in the Pittsford, NY area is looking for a motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead clinical operations and support a strong nursing team.
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000
The OpportunitySupport clinical and nursing department operations
Coach and develop nurses and CNAs
Monitor quality of care and resident outcomes
Assist with care planning and regulatory compliance
Help prepare for surveys and inspections
Work closely with administration and interdisciplinary teams
Current New York RN license
Skilled nursing experience required
Leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of clinical regulations and survey standards
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
