We are hiring for our Washington, NJ location and our soon-to-open Phillipsburg, NJ location.

$19 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and convey information efficiently and effectively.

• Follow the organization's policies and procedures.

• Respond to customer inquiries, product and repair questions, and customer complaints.

• Communicate updates to customer regarding their vehicle status.

• Maintain customer files and appointments, organized and prepped for drop-off

• Answer phones and assist customers with questions and/or concerns.

• Troubleshoot with your team on any info relayed from the customer.

• Assist customers in finding solutions and alternatives for their insurance claims inquiries.

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments.

• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve excellent customer service and satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for this position.
• The candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to make effective decisions.
• Multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently are crucial abilities needed for this role.
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must to excel in this position.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software is essential for the job.
