The Processing and Support Representative will confirm, endorse, service and support internal and external property insurance customers. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm located in our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer-initiated requests
• Process deductible changes and cancellations
• Add, edit, and remove mortgage lender information
• Prepare evidence of insurance documents
• Act on vacancy and foreclosure notifications
• Research undefined inquiries
• Communicate with insureds and agents
• Provide exceptional service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous property and casualty experience preferred
