Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries efficiently and effectively via omni chat platforms.
• Handle accounting-related questions that require deep financial expertise and analytical skills.
• Support small and medium-sized business owners with essential bookkeeping and comprehensive financial guidance.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide accurate, insightful, and timely responses.
• Complete assigned presentation-based tasks as needed to support client understanding and internal processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions with precision.

• Experience working directly with small and medium-sized business clients.
• Hands-on accounting experience as a small and medium-sized business owner.
• Previously engaged experts with relevant domain expertise in financial support.
• Accountants or bookkeepers who are comfortable and proficient with high-volume, data-heavy queries.
