Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates with experience in machine operation and forklift operation . This position involves supporting daily warehouse and production operations by operating equipment, moving materials, maintaining an organized work area, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.

• Operate production or warehouse machinery according to established procedures.
• Load and unload materials and products from machines.
• Operate forklifts to move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Receive, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Monitor machine operation and report equipment or production issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, or shipping records when required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
• Experience operating machinery is preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required or preferred, depending on the position.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to [50] pounds .
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
