Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their unique needs and challenges, tailoring therapy strategies accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for all clients, actively participating in case reviews and team meetings.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and best practices are upheld.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying current with the latest in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n
