Client Value Partner - Consumer Packaged Goods The role involves acting as a strategic advisor to global CPG clients, translating their supply chain and operational goals into value-driven digital transformation initiatives using Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform, with a focus on driving measurable business impact across complex supply chain networks. Key Responsibilities Translate client strategic goals into operational value using the Celonis platform Architect and drive optimization of entire value chains such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Logistics Distribution Build and present business cases demonstrating the financial impact of Process Intelligence to C-Suite executives Lead executive relationships and oversee large-scale digital transformation programs Guide customers on organization design, Centers of Excellence development, and cross-functional team mobilization Identify and resolve systemic implementation challenges in supply chain and finance processes Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives Create reusable best practices, playbooks, and thought leadership based on client successes Coach and mentor team members on executive relationship management and supply chain nuances Serve as the voice of the customer to product teams, providing feedback for platform enhancements Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal strategies Requirements 15 years of relevant experience, ideally combining time at a global CPG, Logistics, or Supply Chain-intensive firm with Strategy Consulting, with a deep understanding of the complexities of moving goods and managing assets at scale. Granular knowledge of the value chain, specifically in areas such as Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Distribution, Fleet Asset Management, and Order Management. Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation programs that impact the P&L through inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and cash flow improvement. Understanding of the modern supply chain technology stack, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, TMS, and WMS systems, and the ability to translate Celonis use cases into the customer’s specific business landscape. Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-Level executives such as CSCO, CIO, CFO, with the ability to navigate complex global organizations and persuade through data, facts, and confidence. Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA is strongly preferred. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
