We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Systems Analyst 3Location(s): Austin, TX Job Summary We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Financials Functional Reporting Consultant to support a large statewide ERP environment built on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. The consultant will provide functional reporting support, develop complex reports, collaborate with business stakeholders, support system upgrades and production activities, and ensure reporting solutions meet business, security, and accessibility requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and maintain reports using PeopleSoft Query Manager, Query Viewer, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications.Design and support cross-module financial reports across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Asset Management, Inventory, Travel & Expense, Project Costing, Contracts, Grants, Accounts Receivable/Billing, and related modules.Analyze PeopleSoft FSCM data structures, table relationships, effective-dated records, and complex joins to ensure accurate reporting.Create and maintain report layouts, templates, documentation, and data dictionaries.Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.Support system upgrades, patches, PUM implementations, and production releases through impact analysis, remediation, testing, and migration activities.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation of reporting solutions.Ensure reports comply with security standards, row-level security, privacy requirements, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.Provide Level 2 production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with Tier 3 support teams.Support fiscal year-end, legislative updates, disaster recovery testing, major incident management, and other enterprise initiatives.Prepare functional documentation including design documents, test plans, and operational procedures.Deliver end-user support, training, and presentations to business users and stakeholder groups.Follow established SDLC, ITIL, ITSM, and ITAM processes and organizational standards.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience supporting Texas state government agencies.8+ years of PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 reporting experience.Strong knowledge of statewide financial policies and procedures.Extensive experience with PeopleSoft FSCM reporting tools including:Query ManagerQuery ViewerBI Publisher (XML Publisher)PS QueryExtensive experience with SAP Business Objects.Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Financials data models, table relationships, effective dating, and complex reporting logic.Experience developing cross-module reports involving GL, AP, PO, AM, Inventory, Travel & Expense, Project Costing, and related modules.Experience with data integration, data quality, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.Experience supporting UAT and regression testing during upgrades, patches, and PUM implementations.Experience creating WCAG 2.1-compliant documentation and reports.Experience interpreting contractual requirements and ensuring vendor compliance.Knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting CAPPS Central production and expansion environments serving large multi-agency implementations.Experience with fiscal year-end processing, legislative updates, and organizational changes within CAPPS.Experience supporting customer-facing activities for statewide ERP expansion initiatives.Experience with CGI Advantage or similar enterprise financial systems.Required SkillsPeopleSoft FSCM 9.2CAPPSPeopleSoft QueryBI PublisherSAP Business ObjectsSQL and reportingFinancial reportingFunctional analysisUAT and regression testingSDLCITILITSMWCAG 2.1DocumentationProduction supportCross-functional collaborationAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
