Assistant Project Manager

Join a leading commercial construction team specializing in high-end office interiors and tenant improvement projects across San Francisco and the Bay Area. We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is eager to grow their career while supporting the successful delivery of fast-paced, high-profile workplace environments. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced project and field leaders, gain exposure to all phases of construction, and play a key role in delivering exceptional projects for some of the region's most recognizable clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Support procurement and material tracking
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and field teams
• Participate in project meetings and maintain project records
• Assist with project closeout and punch list activities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience
• Office interiors or tenant improvement experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
