Company: Confidential AI and Media Founding Team Location: Los Angeles, in office Relocation: Up to $10K available Compensation: $100K to $250K base depending on experience + equity + benefits We're working with a confidential AI + media company hiring across social. We're open on level and could see two different profiles working well here. Profile 1 - More junior: This could be a creator, someone running social for a creator, startup, media company or brand, or someone earlier in their career with sharp instincts around content + the internet. For a junior hire, the salary range is $100K to $125K base, depending on experience. We're looking for someone who: Is extremely online and understands internet culture Has built an account, audience or community Can come up with the idea and execute on it well Has strong instincts around what people want to watch and share Wants to help build the company's social presence from the ground up Profile 2 - More senior: This could be someone with a track record of building successful brands, audiences + social accounts. For a senior hire, the salary range is $175K to $250K base, depending on experience. We're looking for someone who: Has built social accounts, brands or audiences at meaningful scale Can set strategy and still stay close to execution Has strong instincts around brand, content and performance Can look across multiple accounts and quickly see what could be better Can work directly with the founding team and help shape the company's broader approach to social What you'll do Build the company's social presence from the ground up Help decide where the brand should show up + what it should sound like Create, post, test + learn from what works Stay close to what's happening across creators, culture + the internet Work directly with the founding team At the more senior level, help improve the social work being done across customer accounts #J-18808-Ljbffr NOORI
