Key Highlights
- 8+ years experience as Solution Architect required
- Healthcare background in Claims or Enrolments essential
- Primary skills: Java, Spring Boot, API/Web Services, Angular/UX, DB2, AWS Cloud
- 2-3 rounds of interviews (onsite for local candidates)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of domain architecture viewpoints and models depicting current, target, and interim states
- Drive enterprise optimization by translating business needs into architectural solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to maximize architecture impact
- Lead design, engineering, and implementation of reusable architecture assets
- Conduct research on emerging domain trends and vendor evaluations
- Ensure alignment with IT strategies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; 8+ years Solution Architect experience required
- Healthcare industry background (Claims or Enrolments domains)
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API/Web Services, Angular/UX, DB2, AWS Cloud
- Solution Architecture and stakeholder collaboration experience
- Strong business-to-technical translation skills
- Experience in SAFE/Agile frameworks
- Ability to coach architects and manage cross-domain solutions
