Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing psychological tests and clinical interviews to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, addressing a broad range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care for our clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and offer immediate support for clients in acute distress, demonstrating your expertise and compassion in emergency scenarios.

• Participate in community outreach programs, working to enhance mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and educate the public on available resources and services.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license in Texas as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for effectively navigating the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
