Job Summary We are looking for a professional who will be part of a highly skilled team of project managers and engineers, and who will strongly contribute to the overall successful management of multidiscipline teams. This individual will manage the project within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction. This professional will coordinate and coach the project team to improve team performance by building team, training, and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency and boost morale. This position is located in Vernon Hills, IL (north suburb of Chicago) or Toronto, Canada. Travel is project-dependent with an approximate requirement of 25% of the time. Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require international relocation to the United States or Canada. You must be work authorized in the United States or Canada on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. We believe you have Minimum 5 years of experience with engineering and managing projects. Experience with food processing and/or packaging equipment. Previous experience in a customer‑interfacing position highly preferred. Strong computer skills required (proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; SAP; Basic AutoCAD Skills). Demonstrable leadership skills and communication skills. Negotiation skills and capability to maneuver through political and cultural situations effectively. Industry Related Regulatory Knowledge (PMO, 3A, OSHA, CFR‑113, UL, cUL, CRN, etc.). Experience with budgeting, fiscal management, and project planning. Very good command of the written and spoken English language. Ideally knowledge of dairy, beverage, cheese, and powder processing. PMP certification is preferred. Pay Equity Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $103,800.00 USD – $148,100.00 USD. Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): CAD 110,800 - 158,200. Short‑term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
