Support student success across two vibrant educational sites, making a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to work with diverse students from Kindergarten through High School near the picturesque Victor Valley and High Desert area. Serve as a vital resource at Heritage School in Phelan and Vista Verde in Victorville, managing a manageable caseload of up to 55 students. You’ll be collaborating with educators to foster communication development and unlock the potential within each student.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Active California state license and CTC Credential required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, but candidates with active licenses and preliminary CTC credentials (Clinical Fellows) are considered if supervision can be provided
• Consideration for candidates with pending credentials if documentation will be available prior to start date
• Prior experience working in school settings across K-12 populations highly valued
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Must be able to work full-time, onsite at both school locations

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students from Kindergarten to High School
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate on IEPs
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and progress
• Travel between the two assigned sites as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with district standards
