Job Overview This is a unique opportunity for a driven legal professional to gain hands‑on experience and make a real impact representing clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and federal courts of appeals. Responsibilities Represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and federal courts of appeals. Collaborate with the legal team to prepare cases and advise clients. Qualifications Admission to the Bar of any U.S. state or territory is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish (legitimate work requirement). Ability to work occasional evening hours and some Saturdays. Experience in immigration law is a plus, but not required. Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
