Our team mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Belleville, Il and help customers with their insurance and financial service’s needs, including Auto, Life, Home, Business Insurance

 

Responsibilities:

·         Provide exceptional customer service by building long-term customer relationships
·         Assist with daily office duties
·         Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
·         Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that fit customer needs
·         Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
·         Take ownership and ensure follow-through with tasks in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

·         Complete state licensing requirements and training
·         People oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
·         Self-motivated, willingness to learn and easily adapt to change
·         Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a quick moving environment
·         Detail-oriented and dependable with strong organizational skills
·         Comfortable using office technology and computers
