Medical Device Assembler OpportunityVolt is immediately hiring a Medical Device Assembler in Saint Paul, MN 55112.As a Medical Device Assembler, you will:Assemble, repair, and test medical catheters and related medical device components in a cleanroom manufacturing environmentPerform precision assembly of small parts and components using hand tools and specialized equipmentConduct microscope-based assembly and inspection work while maintaining strict quality standardsFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing specificationsMaintain compliance with FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and quality system standardsComplete production documentation accurately to support product traceability and quality investigationsInspect products for defects and ensure adherence to quality requirementsWork collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentFollow all safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and contamination-control requirementsPerform repetitive assembly tasks requiring fine motor skills, dexterity, and attention to detailThis is a full time, contract opportunity.Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PMThe ideal candidate will have:Previous Medical Device Assembly experience requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrior cleanroom manufacturing experience requiredExperience working under a microscope preferredStrong manual dexterity and ability to assemble small, intricate componentsAbility to read and follow written work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and complianceBasic computer skills for production documentation and recordkeepingAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while performing precision assembly tasksAbility to perform repetitive motions including grasping, pinching, pulling, twisting, and handling small partsPay Rate: $17.50 - $18.75 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
