Location: Manhasset & Hicksville, NY (Long Island)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient
Salary: Open for discussion (Based On Years Of Experience)

Position Overview

Join a growing multispecialty medical group providing comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients across Long Island. This is an excellent opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician seeking a collaborative practice environment, established patient base, and outstanding work-life balance with no hospital rounding .

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active New York Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Active DEA Registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary and preventive care for adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, COPD, CKD, thyroid disorders, and hyperlipidemia.
• Perform annual physicals, wellness visits, and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies while developing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with specialists and the multidisciplinary care team while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
