We're looking for an organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Service Appointment and Rental Coordinator.This role is the first point of contact for our customers-both in person and on the phone. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, assist with vehicle rentals, and provide general administrative support to the team.Key responsibilities include:Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous mannerSchedule service and maintenance appointments using our dealership softwareCoordinate vehicle rentals and loaner car program, ensuring proper documentationGreet customers and assist with general inquiriesPerform administrative duties such as data entry, scanning and handling emails, text messages, etc.Support the service and sales departments as neededQualifications:Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (automotive experience a plus)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a busy environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systemsProfessional, friendly, and reliable demeanorBenefits:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts on vehicles and servicesOpportunities for growth within the dealership
