Role Description The Resident Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charlotte Metro area. This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering supportive services to residents, including assessing needs, connecting individuals to appropriate community resources, and tracking progress toward self-sufficiency goals. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular contact with residents, organizing workshops or group activities, collaborating with community partners, and ensuring timely follow-up on referrals and service plans. The Coordinator documents all resident interactions, prepares reports, and works closely with leadership to improve programs and resident outcomes. This role involves consistent on-site presence to build trust, respond to resident concerns, and support a positive, inclusive community environment. Qualifications Strong Service Coordination skills, including assessing needs, developing service plans, and connecting residents to appropriate community resources. Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build rapport, facilitate conversations, and work effectively with diverse populations. Experience with Operations Management to organize activities, manage schedules, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Proficient in Customer Service, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and professionalism in all resident interactions. Additional beneficial qualifications: familiarity with community-based social services; ability to manage multiple priorities; basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets); high level of reliability and ethical conduct.
