Position Requirements BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master’s Degree required Active Arizona state license (or ability to obtain) Key Responsibilities This role is primarily clinic-based, offering flexibility in daily structure and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary setting. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a manageable caseload Review behavioral data and adjust individualized treatment plans with a focus on quality care Provide thoughtful clinical guidance and feedback to team members Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers Participate in team meetings and care coordination Conduct occasional school consultations or home visits (minimal - approx. 1%) Support interns and junior clinical staff as needed Schedule Flexible scheduling options available, including:

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
