Location: Richfield, WI area
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
Perform MIG welding, tack welding, and custom fabrication according to blue prints and job specifications.
Set up welding parameters, adjust wire feed speeds, and select proper gas mixtures.
Inspect finished welds for strong penetration, joint integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
Utilize shop hand tools, grinders, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of MIG welding, TIG welding, or structural fabrication experience (trade school/apprenticeship graduates welcome!).
Ability to read blueprint symbols and use precision measuring instruments.
Strong commitment to shop safety, quality workmanship, and reliable attendance.
Must be able to wear required PPE (welding helmet, steel-toe boots).
