Junior Recruiter

Supporting full lifecycle recruiting efforts, the full-time Junior Recruiter will manage candidate sourcing and engagement for federal civilian and DoD positions while working remotely within a collaborative team environment. Key responsibilities: Own full lifecycle recruiting activities for cleared and uncleared positions Source candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, while managing 4-6 active requisitions Conduct initial candidate screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Required qualifications: 1-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience Previous experience supporting government contracting or technical recruiting Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience
