What We’re Looking For

• 2–8+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment management experience, depending on the level of management position you are applying for
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Strong understanding of labor management, cost of goods, budgeting, and operational performance
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members
• Ability to lead confidently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused under pressure
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 21+
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OpenTable, TripleSeat, and restaurant POS systems; Toast experience is preferred

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant and entertainment operations with energy, professionalism, and accountability
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for every guest
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members
• Build strong teams and help develop future leaders within the organization
• Lead high-volume shifts with confidence, urgency, and attention to detail
• Maintain exceptional standards for food, beverage, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and overall execution
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to grow the business
• Effectively manage labor, cost of goods, and other controllable operating expenses
• Maintain and strengthen a positive, performance-driven company culture
• Hold yourself and your team accountable while recognizing and celebrating success
• Partner with fellow managers, culinary leadership, and company leadership to continuously improve operations
• Lead by example and be willing to jump in wherever needed
• Bring energy, leadership, teamwork, and FUN to the workplace every day
