Inside Sales Specialist - Service

This role is part of the Inside Sales team in Lutz, FL and plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to Product Inspection customers. The Service Inside Sales Representative partners closely with Field Sales to manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and drive revenue growth. This position requires strong collaboration, responsiveness, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while supporting customer needs and sales objectives. What you will do Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries (calls, emails, and online requests) with a focus on timely, high-quality service. Qualify, route, and track leads to ensure effective follow-up by Sales Representatives. Engage customers to generate interest, answer questions, and guide them through the early stages of the sales cycle. Support lead generation efforts and submit qualified opportunities for Field Sales pursuit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, ensuring integrity across systems. Assist Sales Representatives with quoting, lead nurturing, and pipeline support to maximize productivity. Monitor trends, share insights, and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience. Build working knowledge of Product Inspection products, services, and internal systems (SAP CRM/ECC). Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
