CNC Mill Operator

Randstad Staffing is hiring for a CNC Mill Operator in Maple Grove, MN for a precision machine shop supporting the aerospace industry. In this role you will operate multi-axis CNC Milling centers to manufacture parts made from titanium, aluminum and stainless steel.

Machine Operation: Operate 3-4 axis CNC vertical and horizontal milling centers.
Blueprint Reading & GD&T: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, travelers, and operation sheets with a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Quality & Inspection: Perform detailed initial, in-process, and first-article inspections (FAI) using precision hand tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges) and CMM reports to maintain tight aerospace tolerances.
Offsets & Adjustments: Read G-code/M-code and execute minor work or tool offset adjustments at the machine controller to maintain part compliance.

Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Operate 3-4 axis CNC vertical and horizontal milling centers.
