About the Role

The Company is in search of dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. This is a volunteer position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to the strategic direction, organizational oversight, and community leadership of the organization. Board members play a crucial role in advancing the company's mission, which is focused on empowering neurodiverse individuals through education, employment, and the arts. Responsibilities include serving on committees, supporting fundraising efforts, building community partnerships, and acting as ambassadors for the mission. The company values a diversity of skills, experiences, and perspectives, and is particularly interested in individuals who are committed to creating a more inclusive community. While experience in areas such as finance, human resources, fundraising, marketing, education, healthcare, legal, nonprofit leadership, or community engagement is beneficial, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidates are those who are passionate about the mission and eager to make a difference.
