Field Service Technician

Position Overview Field Service Technician – South East region (Charlotte, NC area). Responsibilities Install, demonstrate, maintain and repair marking, coding, and labeling equipment. Develop reports according to company reporting mechanisms. Attend training sessions and leadership meetings as required. Assist with office‑based duties when not in the field. Stay current on market and technical trends. Travel to customer sites 60% of the time, including overnight trips. Qualifications Experience repairing and troubleshooting electro‑mechanical equipment. Ability to identify customer needs and match solutions with company products/services. Knowledge of industry applications and market trends. PMMI certification (company provided). Computer literacy, especially MS Office; Syteline knowledge is a plus. Dependable vehicle and good driving record. Real ID or passport required for travel.
