Position Summary As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing vendor accounts, tracking various payment methods, and ensuring accuracy in all accounts payable processes. You will also demonstrate adaptability as we transition to new accounting software. Key Responsibilities Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies Track and manage various payment methods efficiently Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion Adapt quickly and effectively to various software programs Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting and finance functions Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to address invoice inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment processing Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, insurance, finance, or a closely related field Experience in construction or manufacturing industries strongly preferred Dependable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance Paid time off Vision, dental and supplement insurance available All offers are contingent upon a successfully completed background check and review.
