The Provider Recruiter reports to the Manager, Physician Recruitment and is responsible for supporting the physician and APP recruitment process for the organization by performing full-cycle recruitment activities for employed physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties. This role partners closely with physician leadership, department chairs, hiring managers, and operational leaders to identify recruitment needs, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring and onboarding process.

The Provider Recruiter develops and implements effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality physician talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This individual must possess strong relationship-building skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Skills

CPRP Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional-preferred

Bachelor's Degree-in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. -preferred

Required Experience

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

2 years to 3 years of healthcare recruitment/sourcing experience within a hospital, medical group, healthcare system, or healthcare recruiting agency environment

2 years to 3 years of physician and APP recruitment/sourcing experience -preferred

Experience working with senior leadership and/or physician leadership.-preferred
