If you're organized, people-focused, and ready to grow your career in staffing, keep reading…What's in it for you:Competitive pay of $23/hour to start.Exceptional company culture and stabilityOpportunity for professional development and growthEssential job functions:Assist with building and maintaining a pool of qualified drivers by supporting recruiting efforts such as applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.Support communication between field staff employees and clients to help ensure quality service delivery, escalating service issues or concerns to management as needed.Conduct follow-up calls and communications with employees and clients to help confirm successful placements and overall satisfaction.Assist in addressing field staff employee questions related to pay, assignments, or working conditions by gathering information and coordinating with recruiters or management for resolution.Complete, track, and maintain all required documentation in accordance with company policies and federal or state regulations, including new hire paperwork, I-9 forms, reference checks, background screenings, and client-specific requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
