We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our growing team. You will work directly with customers, dealerships, and lending partners while developing the skills needed to become a successful finance professional.

Financial Services Representative Responsibilities:

• Learn all aspects of the commercial finance business, including credit analysis, lending programs, and dealer financing.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers and dealership partners.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound outreach and referral networks.
• Work with customer applications and accounts that are currently underutilized to identify new financing opportunities.
• Partner with lenders on joint marketing campaigns designed to drive customer engagement and business growth.
• Assist customers in completing financing applications and gathering required documentation.
• Communicate financing options and guide customers through the approval process.
• Follow up on leads and applications to maximize funding opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and lending partners to support sales and funding objectives.
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner while complying with all company policies and applicable regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to build finance, sales, and relationship management expertise.

Financial Services Representative Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales, customer service, or business experience.
• Strong desire to build a career in finance, lending, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/business systems.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
